In the pantheon of automotive experts, few people command the respect and adoration as our industry’s beloved champion, Eric Mélon, known by most as “Frenchy.” Since 1986, Frenchy has worked tirelessly to improve our industry, and especially the lives of those committed to a career in it. From his first day selling Ferraris to creating the first BDC for Van Tuyl to running his first dealership at age 26, his boundless energy and unconventional approach transforms cultures and produces results.

Prior to joining IAS in 2004, Frenchy was a Global Dealer Development Consultant for Stuker & Associates, training thousands of successful sales, F&I, managers, GMs, and dealers throughout the United States, Australia, Canada, and Europe. Under Eric’s unflinching leadership as President of Sales, IAS has seen business explode, building incredible relationships with their agent partners and setting new records every single month.

Frenchy’s message at the Agency Summit could not be more timely and relevant. His style is passionate, powerful and uncompromising. His message is concise and direct. His audiences are challenged, pushed, provoked and entertained. Frenchy is fueled by a genuine passion to make a powerful impact in people’s lives.
