ADMITTANCE POLICY

Please fill out one registration form for each person you are registering. By providing this information you grant Bobit Business Media the right to contact you regarding your registration, as well as to receive updates on the Agent Summit and/or updates and promotional material sponsors. Full payment must accompany this form. Confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration. To prevent double-billing, mail or fax your registration form only once. Please do not register twice or you may be billed twice. This is a private event not open to the public.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to conference management approval. Requests must be made in writing and received by the Agent Summit 2012, c/o Bobit Business Media, 3520 Challenger Street, Torrance CA 90503,Fax: (310) 533-2503, Email: email hidden; JavaScript is required, no later than February 11, 2012. A $50 processing fee will be applied. Requests received after February 11, 2012 will not qualify for a refund. There will be a $75 charge for any name changes or transferring of badges.

By attending the Agent Summit 2012, you hereby grant Bobit Business Media, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs and multimedia of you and your property in relation to the Agent Summit. You also authorize the Agent Summit to use such images with or without your name, and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, print advertising, and Web content.
