Randy Crisorio grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and has been active in the automotive industry since 1973. His retail career began with a very large and storied Chevrolet dealership immediately following active duty in the Marine Corps. While rising through the ranks throughout the seventies which included relocating to Clearwater Florida, he was lured away by one of the industry’s most prominent F&I companies. Advancing quickly he soon assumed responsibility for business development for the Eastern US through a staff of regional managers.

In 1982, with a solid foundation and a great attitude, he drew upon all of his business experience and stepped up to form UDS, an F&I Performance Company. Now thirty-five years later, UDS has assumed a leadership role in F&I Performance nationally.

Among his professional accomplishments are:

  • Authored Complete Five–Day F&I Certification Program
  • Authored one of the first F&I Ethics and Compliance Programs in the U.S.

Greg Petrowski is the Senior Vice President/Secretary/Treasurer of GPW and Associates, Inc. (GPWA), an actuarial and consulting firm founded in 1998. GPWA purchased the Risk and Insurance Services Practice from Watson Wyatt on September 1, 1998. Mr. Petrowski joined Watson Wyatt in 1987. His professional career began with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. working in the audit department primarily on insurance company clients. He was subsequently employed by the American Security Insurance Group to work with producer owned reinsurance companies.

Petrowski has over 30 years of technical and practical experience in the PORC and captive industries and lists as his clients a significant number of major insurance companies, national banks and automobile dealers/dealer groups. He recently achieved the Associate in Captive Insurance designation from the International Center for Captive Insurance Education (ICCIE).

Under Mr. Atkinson’s leadership, AUL Corp. has received five Dealer’s Choice Awards and has been awarded one of the North Bay’s Best Places to Work for the last four consecutive years.  Mr. Atkinson has been a keynote speaker at the Agent Summit, as well as a speaker at eight National Auto Dealers Association Conventions, the national F&I Conference, RV Dealers International Convention, the American Truck Dealers Conference, among other state conventions and professional groups.

Mr. Atkinson began his career at AUL Corp. when he was brought on as COO.  Prior to that, he led the Vehicle Service Contract business for Assurant Solutions, one of the largest underwriters in the nation.

In his free time, Mr. Atkinson is an avid runner who has completed four marathons, and also enjoys cycling and golf.

He went on to become Vice President of Business Development for that same company working with dealers, dealer groups, third party administrators, manufacturers and other insurance companies throughout the Americas. Additionally, John enjoyed several years as a partner in a large Harley- Davidson franchise. Today, John directs all training programs for UDS – Ranked 13 consecutive years as a top F&I Training company in America by Dealer vote, as well as a top Compliance provider.

Bartle was a state senator for eight years, where he chaired the Senate Judiciary Committee, and was in the House of Representatives for four years. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Missouri, and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Northwestern University, where he was an editor on the law review. Bartle was a clerk for a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Ritch currently works for the award-winning training and development company American Financial & Automotive Services, Inc.  He serves as Regional Sales Manager in Texas and Louisiana, and is also the Senior Director of Training.

Ritch is married and has two amazing boys, ages 7 and 5. In his spare time, Ritch also serves as the mayor of the town that he and his family live in.

Robert began his career in the automotive industry working in his family’s dealership holdings.  After attending the Universities of Arkansas and Texas, he joined George B. Jones and Co. which became a part of what is now Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP.  After starting his DHG career as a tax line partner for numerous dealerships, his work is now concentrated on DHG’s new joint venture with NCM Associates named The Auxilio Group.

Robert manages the tax return preparation and consultation for approximately 1,800 reinsurance companies.  His work also includes managing numerous transactions involving the purchase and sale of dealerships.  Finally, he also serves as the one of the firm’s expert witness solutions for operational and transaction matters involving retail automotive clients.

Ryan Hanlon has been involved in forming and managing reinsurance companies with Portfolio since 2004, currently serving as a Managing Director (MD).

Based out of the Los Angeles area, Ryan came out of the retail car business and started on the agency side of the business in 2004. In 2008, he transitioned to Portfolio’s corporate team under the Western MD’s, Mark Geweke and Graye Wolfe. In 2013, Ryan began working with Portfolio’s Eastern MD, Greg Hoffman, to spearhead Portfolio’s expansion plan into key underpenetrated markets.

Ryan has formed and currently manages more than 90 reinsurance companies that receive premium from more than 150 dealerships in 15 States. Ryan is passionate about bringing the Portfolio model to dealers. He has seen firsthand the substantial personal wealth created for dealers and their families. Neuenschwander has over 19 years of automotive experience. Before joining the NAE team, he worked with Zurich for 13 years. Starting out as a Business Client Consultant, being promoted to Account Executive and ending his tenure with Zurich as a Regional Sales Manager managing a team of 16 sales professionals. Prior to Zurich, Neuenschwander was part of a family owned dealership group in central Missouri where he was born and raised.

Neuenschwander has a B.S.B. A from the University of Central Missouri. He currently resides in Medina Ohio with his wife and daughters.

Rick Messinger, Partner, Dealer Associates Inc. (DAI), has been in the automotive industry for 43 years. He started his career in 1973, selling advertising to dealers in Detroit. He then went on to provide sales training programs, and ended up selling exotic “cars to the stars” at a high line dealership in Beverly Hills, California.

He moved to Dallas in 1980, where he met his business partner of 28 years, Tony Fincannon. They started DAI in 1990, and have been recognized with numerous awards over the years. In addition to providing products and training, DAI continues to focus on building wealth for dealers and their employees through reinsurance structures.

Rick currently resides in Dallas with his wife of 30 years, Debbie, and their daughters, Lacey and Leah.

Ron began his automobile career in 1975, and has created and conducted numerous F&I training programs, seminars, and management workshops for NADA and various state and local dealer associations. He has also authored numerous articles on F&I that have appeared in F&I Management & Technology magazine, Automotive Executive, and The Journal of the Association of Finance & Insurance Professionals. Ron is a member of the Association of Finance and Insurance Professionals, and is the spokesman on the AFIP Certification CD Training Program. Ron is a Christian who believes you succeed in life by helping others become more successful.

Scott Hendrix joined IAS in March, 2001. Prior to joining IAS, Mr. Hendrix spent the last 12 years on the manufacturer side of the automotive industry. Some of Mr. Hendrix’s accomplishments include dealer development, business management and distribution for Mazda North American Operations and District Manager for Mazda’s Southwest states. Mr. Hendrix was also the senior district sales manager for American Honda Motor Company in Texas with responsibility for sales training, financial analysis, and customer satisfaction, distribution of vehicles, and overall dealer promotions and advertising. Mr. Hendrix earned his B.A. in Marketing with a minor in Computer Science from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles, CA.

Tony Wanderon has been an innovator and leader in automotive F&I since 1986. As the President of a large independent insurance agency and administrator, he established relationships with both major financial institutions and OEMs while pioneering several F&I products including GAP. In addition, after the sale of his company to a major insurance company, he served for nearly 15 years as President of several of their companies.

Tony is the founder of Family First Dealer Services, which he merged with National Auto Care (NAC) in 2013. He has served as President and CEO of the company since the merger.

Tony has a reputation as a visionary in the industry and is often called upon to speak at industry events, serve on advisory boards and provide regular insight for automotive F&I industry publications.
