Randy Crisorio grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and has been active in the automotive industry since 1973. His retail career began with a very large and storied Chevrolet dealership immediately following active duty in the Marine Corps. While rising through the ranks throughout the seventies which included relocating to Clearwater Florida, he was lured away by one of the industry’s most prominent F&I companies. Advancing quickly he soon assumed responsibility for business development for the Eastern US through a staff of regional managers.

In 1982, with a solid foundation and a great attitude, he drew upon all of his business experience and stepped up to form UDS, an F&I Performance Company. Now more than thirty six years later, UDS has assumed a leadership role in F&I Performance nationally.

Among his professional accomplishments are:

  • Authored Complete Five–Day F&I Certification Program
  • Authored one of the first F&I Ethics and Compliance Programs in the U.S.

Gina began her career in investment banking at Kidder Peabody, was an analyst at Madison Dearborn Partners and an associate at J.P. Morgan & Co. She was a Vice President at Colonnade Advisors from 1999 to 2003. She left Colonnade to gain operating experience as the Chief Financial Officer of Cobalt Finance, a specialty finance company and Healthcare Laundry Systems, a private-equity backed company for which she oversaw the successful sale to a strategic acquirer. Gina served as the Line of Business CFO – Consumer Banking and Lending at Discover Financial Services. Gina received her BA in Economics and MBA from the University of Chicago. GPWA purchased the Risk and Insurance Services Practice from Watson Wyatt on September 1, 1998. Mr. Petrowski joined Watson Wyatt in 1987. His professional career began with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. working in the audit department primarily on insurance company clients. He was subsequently employed by the American Security Insurance Group to work with producer owned reinsurance companies.

Petrowski has over 30 years of technical and practical experience in the PORC and captive industries and lists as his clients a significant number of major insurance companies, national banks and automobile dealers/dealer groups. He recently achieved the Associate in Captive Insurance designation from the International Center for Captive Insurance Education (ICCIE).

Teaching at OSU, his engaging style was voted a student favorite. When he’s not wrestling grown men (jiu jitsu is his thing) or spending time with his family, Joe leads Dealer Success at AutoFi, revolutionizing the automotive buying experience.

Bartle was a state senator for eight years, where he chaired the Senate Judiciary Committee, and was in the House of Representatives for four years. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Missouri, and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Northwestern University, where he was an editor on the law review. Bartle was a clerk for a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Paul D. Metrey is the Vice President, Regulatory Affairs and Chief Regulatory Counsel, Financial Services, Privacy, and Tax for the National Automobile Dealers Association. In this capacity, he represents dealer interests before, and educates dealers on regulations promulgated by, federal executive branch agencies that oversee dealer operations.

Metrey is the author and editor of numerous NADA publications, including the NADA-NAMAD-AIADA Fair Credit Compliance Policy & Program. He frequently speaks to dealers, Automotive Trade Association Executives, dealership compliance professionals, and other industry groups on an array of regulatory topics, including recent federal developments in the areas of credit, privacy, identity theft, telemarketing, and taxation. Metrey is active in several professional organizations and serves on the Governing Committee of the Conference on Consumer Finance Law.

Metrey joined NADA in 2001 as its Director, Regulatory Affairs. He previously served as an attorney with the Federal Emergency Management Agency and as an active duty Army JAG officer, with assignments in Germany, The Netherlands, and Fort Meade, Maryland. He also served in a reserve capacity as the Chief, International Law Branch of the National Guard Bureau’s Legal Support Office. Metrey obtained a Juris Doctorate degree from Catholic University’s Columbus School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Tech.

His primary focus over the past few years has been building predictive models that incorporate Allstate’s private passenger auto insurance claims data into its more than 15 years of GAP underwriting experience to derive deeper insights into the various drivers of GAP loss trends.

Woods received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, GA. He is an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society.

He went on to become Vice President of Business Development for that same company working with dealers, dealer groups, third party administrators, manufacturers and other insurance companies throughout the Americas. Additionally, John enjoyed several years as a partner in a large Harley- Davidson franchise. Today, John directs all training programs for UDS – Ranked 13 consecutive years as a top F&I Training company in America by Dealer vote, as well as a top Compliance provider.

Kerri Walker Lewis serves as the Vice President of Business Development for CalTex. In that role, she is responsible for developing and executing strategic programs to drive profitable growth, new product development and compliance. She is also responsible for sales training and reporting, building brand recognition and managing new and existing partner relationships.

Kerri started her career in retail automotive after earning a Bachelor Degree in Business and Political Science from Stephen F. Austin State University. She now has over 25 years of experience in sales team leadership, marketing and F&I product development. Prior to joining CalTex in 2015, Kerri served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Dent Zone Companies, Inc. where she developed and managed relationships with large consolidators, third party administrators and OEMs. Mrs. Lewis and her husband reside in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

Kevin began his automobile career 30 years ago as a salesperson in Southern California. He has held various management positions in dealerships from Portland, Or. to Atlanta, Ga.

In September of 2000 Kevin took over as the Regional Account Manager in the Northwest for Allstate Dealer Services on their Nissan Project. Under Kevin the region’s average monthly premium more than doubled. He was then promoted to National Training Manager where he was responsible for all aspects of Agency, Dealership and Employee Training. In 2011 he founded Alaco Enterprises a dealership development company that provided training for all departments within the dealership. Kevin has trained thousands of F&I Managers, Sales Managers and Salespeople across the country.

In March of 2015 Kevin joined Safe-Guard Products International as National Training Manager and was eventually promoted to Director of Training the position that he holds today. At Safe-Guard Kevin is responsible for overseeing all aspects of training from facilitating the multiple day F&I Certification Courses to working on launching Safe-Guard’s on demand training portal that will be utilized by all of their partners.

Kevin has been a featured speaker at industry events for Honda Financial Services, Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation, DealerTrack, Nissan of North America and Hyundai Motor Finance. He was the Master of Ceremonies at consecutive Vehicle Service Contract Administrators’ Conferences and has participated in the Industry Summit as either a presenter or panelist for a number of years.

Lewis Mathews, Jr. graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a major in accounting, and began developing F&I Departments for automobile dealers in 1984. In 1991, he formed Arkansas F&I and has since established himself as the industry expert in the markets he serves. He enjoys building long-term partnerships with his dealer clients, many for 20+ years.

Arkansas F&I has represented CNA National Warranty Corporation since 1992, and has been recognized twice as CNA National’s Agency of the Year. Lewis has served on CNAN’s Presidential Advisory Committee for many years.

Lewis serves as a Lay Leader / Lay Servant with the United Methodist Church. He is also very active as an owner and breeder of thoroughbred racehorses, reaching the Breeders Cup world championship in 2015.

Rick Meinke has over 35 years of experience in the automotive industry. Rick began his career selling cars and quickly advanced to becoming an Area Manager for an industry leading insurance company, who specialized in training and income development. He then moved onto co-founding his own company, Automobile Dealer Services, Inc. which was the only company that specialized in sales training with a focus on protective coatings, where he helped grow the Company to over 357 Dealer accounts in nine States. After selling his company, Rick went back into retail to increase his knowledge and ran multiple Honda, Toyota and Hyundai franchises.

Eight years ago, Rick joined ECP, Incorporated and is now their National Sales Manager. ECP Incorporated has served automobile dealers since 1969. ECP offers a diversified line of products and programs which include: Appearance Protection/Protective Coatings and Ancillary Products for new, pre-driven and leased vehicles.

Ritch Wheeler began his career in the car business in 1994, selling cars while attending Baylor University.  After graduating in 1995 he decided to stay in the automotive industry and build a career that has grown over 24 years.   In the dealership he held the positions of salesperson, finance director, sales manager, and general sales manager.

Ritch currently works for the award-winning training and development company American Financial & Automotive Services, Inc.  He serves as Regional Sales Manager in Texas and Louisiana, and is also the Senior Director of Training.

Ritch is married and has two amazing boys, ages 7 and 5. In his spare time, Ritch also serves as the mayor of the town that he and his family live in.

Tony is a twenty-plus year industry veteran.  He spent fifteen years in the retail, where he held multiple positions, including F&I Development Manager, Director of Training and a GM for Walser Automotive Group.  Tony spent six years working for a mid-size general agency as a Director of Training. He helped the agency develop their sales process and designed an online training platform that the agency marketed to dealers.  In addition to that he worked with several OEMs helping them improve processes and customer experience.  Most recently Tony was a Group F&I Director for Morrie’s Automotive Group, driving results within their fourteen rooftops.

In November of last year he launched his own agency – Mezen Dealer Services, LLC.  Tony has delivered over 700 presentations totaling 3,000+ hours of platform time.  He is a two times presenter at NADA Conference, speaker at CBT Conference, Innovative Dealer Summit, Digital Dealer and Agent Summit.  He is a frequent contributor to Auto Dealer Today and Dealer magazines and has appeared on CBT’s F&I Today show.  His international work includes speaking and training in Korea, Portugal and UAE.   Tony is a Certified Coaching Practitioner with Certified Coaching Federation and a Certified Speaking Professional with National Speakers Association.

Tony Wanderon is the CEO of National Auto Care and Family First Dealer Services. He founded FFDS in 2011 and merged it with National Auto Care in 2013. Tony has more than 33 years in the industry as an agent, administrator and executive for a Fortune 50 company and has spearheaded or been involved in four public and private sale transactions of companies he has led.

Throughout his career, Tony has been an innovator and leader in the automotive F&I industry. As the president of a large independent insurance agency and administrator, he established relationships with both major financial institutions and OEMs while pioneering several F&I products including GAP, Trade-In Protection and developed the first successfully integrated dealer-owned Personal Lines Insurance Agency.

Tony has a reputation as a visionary in the industry and is often called upon to speak at industry events, serve on advisory boards, provide expert witness services as well as providing regular insight for automotive F&I industry publications.
