Randy Crisorio

Randy Crisorio grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and has been active in the automotive industry since 1973. His retail career began with a very large and storied Chevrolet dealership immediately following active duty in the Marine Corps. While rising through the ranks throughout the seventies which included relocating to Clearwater Florida, he was lured away by one of the industry’s most prominent F&I companies. Advancing quickly he soon assumed responsibility for business development for the Eastern US through a staff of regional managers.

In 1982, with a solid foundation and a great attitude, he drew upon all of his business experience and stepped up to form UDS, an F&I Performance Company. Now thirty-five years later, UDS has assumed a leadership role in F&I Performance nationally.

Among his professional accomplishments are:

  • Authored the Unique F&I Selling System – AutoMenu and its Certification Process
  • Authored Complete Five–Day F&I Certification Program
  • Authored one of the first F&I Ethics and Compliance Programs in the U.S.
  • Authored Numerous Automotive Sales Development Seminars
  • Keynote/Guest Speaker for Numerous Groups in North America and Europe relating to F&I and Front End Dealership Operations
  • Well Versed in Automotive related Reinsurance Applications
  • Now leads an organization that has been cast as the #1 F&I Training Company in the U.S. by Dealership Vote – Twelve of the past thirteen years plus a top-rated F&I compliance provider the past three years

Craig Almon

Craig Almon began his career in the automobile business in 1989 when he accepted a position as an F&I Specialist providing “in-dealership” F&I services for clients of Pat Ryan & Associates, an industry Icon.

Almon advanced rapidly with Pat Ryan and was nationally recognized as a top dealer development professional. In 1993 Mr. Almon became the NW regional business development manager and began working nearly exclusively with the regions “Mega” dealers and regional personnel to further enhance business growth and dealer profitability.

In 1998 he Co-Founded PRO Consulting LLC, a general agency and regional consulting firm specialized in the fundamentals related to the profitability of dealership sales, finance and reinsurance.

Currently, Almon is a creative consultant, content provider and principle investor in a joint venture creating the Dealer Success Institute, an online resource and service provider of customized dealer, agent and administrator training content. www.dealersuccessinstitute.com

Almon also continues to serve as agency principle and has helped guide PRO Consulting LLC as we have expanded business into 13 states and one US Territory. He also serves as corporate trainer for PRO Consulting LLC and retains a “hands-on” approach to providing results based business development services to many of the Pacific Northwest’s largest dealer groups.

Matt Croak

President
Wise F&I

Matt Croak is the president of Wise F&I, a voluntary protection product provider serving both automotive dealers and lenders. Matt is on the advisory board for Enterprise Bank and Trust, as well as Agent Summit 2018. Matt is also committed to his volunteer work with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Camp Rainbow and serving as a coach for the Kirkwood Youth Hockey program.

As president of Wise F&I, Matt has grown the company through relationship development, a strong service commitment and a dedication to the automotive industry. In the past ten years, under Matt’s ownership, Wise F&I’s revenue has grown over 400%. Building on a strong legacy in credit life and then GAP, Matt initiated company-wide development efforts that expanded Wise F&I to a full suite of integrated products now including all major F&I product lines. With a focus on compliance, technological development and a client first attitude, Matt leads Wise F&I to deliver robust solutions as an F&I provider of choice.

Matt holds a bachelor’s degree from Missouri State University. He lives in St. Louis with his wife and their two children. When not working, Matt enjoys playing golf and spending time at the Lake of the Ozarks with his family.

Lyle King

Senior Vice President

Lyle King has been in the automotive industry since 1987. In his early years in the business, Lyle was focused in the relationship arena between the operation of service departments and service providers. During this time, Lyle served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the Automotive Service Association.

Subsequent to that, Lyle had Sales & Marketing for a large, publicly traded service contract provider. In this position, Lyle was able to get first-hand experience with the day to day operations of the front end of dealerships including F&I and Sales.

A founding partner in AutoGroup Services based out of Ft. Worth, Texas, Lyle devotes his efforts in helping his dealer/clients find the best and most effective ways possible to maximize profits in their dealerships. Lyle uses his expertise and experience to maximize a dealership’s profit potential. NFP acquired AutoGroup Services in 2015 and Lyle serves as Senior Vice President of NFP.

Matt Nowicki

Vice President of Retail Software
IAS

After serving as the Director of Information Technology at IAS since 1999, Matt Nowicki was promoted to Vice President of Retail Software in 2012. He has over twenty years of experience in all aspects of computer technology from hardware and software development to network integration. Nowicki started the SmartDealerProducts division of IAS and was the lead architect and developer of SmartMenu, SmartEye, SmartTrac, and SmartPad. Today, the SmartDealerProducts division of IAS is home to nearly twenty software professionals including developers, database administrations, technical support, customer service, and quality assurance analysts.

Before joining IAS, Nowicki worked as software developer, network administrator, database administrator, technical support representative, and quality assurance analyst. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin.

Kurtis Orcutt

Kurtis has 35+ years in the industry both on the retail side and on the third party administration side. Occupying all positions in the dealership retail world, except body shop, he understands the dealer business and thrived in it. He grew up in rural Oregon on a farm, where his father was also an auto dealer and learned the business at a early age. After college, his father talked him into selling cars in Phoenix Arizona and in January 1983, he started selling. He first got his taste out of the retail business working for an administrator in 1997 that administered Vehicle Service Contracts, Credit Insurance and Ancillary products to dealers around the U.S.

He has done business and created many unique products for Dealers, Financial Institutions, Agents, Auctions etc. all around the world.

In June 2017, Kurtis became President of Accelerated Service International, (ASI) based out of Richardson, Texas which provides Vehicle Service Contracts, Warranties and Ancillary products through Agencies to Dealers in the U.S., Canada and other parts of the World.

gvo3 & Associates, Automotive Compliance Education

Gil is the president of gvo3 & Associates, a nationally recognized compliance consulting, audit, training and review firm. He and his team work with dealerships around the country in implementing F&I and Sales Compliance Management Solutions to help dealers manage and mitigate compliance issues. He is a frequent speaker to industry groups and also provides litigation support on behalf of automotive retailers and insurers.

Gil is also the Executive Director of Automotive Compliance Education (ACE), a compliance training and industry certification company. ACE provides varying curricula and certification for all dealership employees involved in the Sales and F&I processes, from Sales People and Managers to Office Managers and Compliance Officers.
