Randy Crisorio grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and has been active in the automotive industry since 1973. His retail career began with a very large and storied Chevrolet dealership immediately following active duty in the Marine Corps. While rising through the ranks throughout the seventies which included relocating to Clearwater Florida, he was lured away by one of the industry’s most prominent F&I companies. Advancing quickly he soon assumed responsibility for business development for the Eastern US through a staff of regional managers.

In 1982, with a solid foundation and a great attitude, he drew upon all of his business experience and stepped up to form UDS, an F&I Performance Company. Now more than thirty six years later, UDS has assumed a leadership role in F&I Performance nationally.

Among his professional accomplishments are:

  • Authored the Unique F&I Selling System – AutoMenu and its Certification Process
  • Authored Complete Five–Day F&I Certification Program
  • Authored one of the first F&I Ethics and Compliance Programs in the U.S.
  • Authored Numerous Automotive Sales Development Seminars
  • Keynote/Guest Speaker for Numerous Groups in North America and Europe relating to F&I and Front End Dealership Operations
  • Well Versed in Automotive related Reinsurance Applications
  • Now leads an organization that has been cast as the #1 F&I Training Company in the U.S. by Dealership Vote year after year since the inception of voting, plus a top-rated F&I Compliance Training provider the past four years

Adam Barocio

Adam J. Barocio was born in San Bernadino, California and grew up in Springfield, Missouri. He joined the United States Air Force in 1988 and was trained in linguistics. He served 5 years as a Russian Linguist, most of that time spent in England. When he returned to the United States and received his honorable discharge he began his career in the automotive industry. He first worked as a service advisor in Virginia and later moved to Oklahoma City, where as a salesperson, he quickly achieved the status of top salesperson. After moving to Oklahoma, Adam was married to his wife Jena in 1999. They currently live in the Dallas, Texas area and have two sons, Camden and Caleb.

Following his experience in the sales department, Adam then moved into the position of Finance Manager and later to Finance Director. He then became an account executive for an income development company where he was responsible for 16 stores. He became experienced in analyzing stores and then assisting them in achieving their maximum profit potential. He later joined Premier Warranty where he further cultivated his ability to conduct training in large and small groups, research and implement new products, and increase efficiency while maximizing revenue. He then became a partner in Premier Warranty, Inc. in 2011 and the company continues to grow and recruit the highest level of talented and experienced professionals ready to partner with dealerships in all areas of finance development.

Thomas Hackett

Thomas Hackett serves as the National Sales and Training director for Allstate Dealer Services (ADS). In this role, he is responsible for the independent agent, strategic partner, TPA and Nissan Extended Services sales channels. He also oversees all external training roles and provides strategic direction to strengthen ADS’ ability to serve its business partners and customers.

Hackett joined ADS in 2001 and has held various sales leadership roles of increasing responsibility and scope. In 2008, Hackett was promoted to National Sales Manager for ADS’ partnership with Nissan Extended Services North America where he led a National Sales team. This team of 45 individuals were responsible for F&I product sales, training and support to Nissan, Infiniti and Mitsubishi dealers nationwide. During his tenure as National Sales leader, Hackett’s leadership and sales focus created a partnership that has made the Nissan F&I program and product portfolio among the most profitable programs in the industry today. He has 24 years of experience in the automotive sales and F&I industry that includes not only his roles at ADS, but for the JM&A Group as well.

Hackett received his bachelor’s degree with dual majors in Marketing and Management from Northwood University in Midland, Michigan and is a member of the ADS Leadership Team, Risk Review Committee and Executive Committee. Hackett resides in Franklin, TN with his wife Kristi, daughter Averie and son Benjamin.

David Neuenschwander

David Neuenschwander is President at NAE/NWAN, a product administrator offering a complete suite of products and F&I training throughout the United States. He has been with NAE since 2010.

Neuenschwander has over 20 years of automotive experience. Before joining the NAE team, he worked with Zurich for 13 years. Starting out as a Business Client Consultant, being promoted to Account Executive and ending his tenure with Zurich as a Regional Sales Manager managing a team of 16 sales professionals. Prior to Zurich, Neuenschwander was part of a family owned dealership group in central Missouri where he was born and raised.

Neuenschwander has a B.S.B. A from the University of Central Missouri. He currently resides in Medina Ohio with his wife and daughters.

Chris Stout founded AutoSolutions in Minneapolis 2003. At its inception, AutoSolutions had only one dealership as a customer. Today, the company has grown to service dealerships across 15 states with 12 Finance Specialists. As the President of AutoSolutions, Chris oversees day-to-day operations, fosters relationships with clients, and keeps the company in line with its Vision: “To be recognized as a purpose-driven Finance Service Company that is the most innovative and proactive!”

Previously, Chris worked for Zurich from 1997-2003 where he finished as the #1 agent in the country on two occasions. He graduated from the University of San Diego with a degree in Business Administration while playing Division I Baseball for the Toreros.Chris enjoys volunteering and working with the Leukemia-Lymphoma Society, March of Dimes, Art for Shelter, the Make A Wish Foundation, and The St. Paul Winter Carnival. He currently resides in South Minneapolis with his wife Lynda, his daughter and his two sons.

Glen Tuscan is a 36-year veteran of the automotive industry with 12 retail and the past 23 as an Independent General Agent. A People-Process-Product culture incorporated into his agency right from the start has earned Glen and his agency a “good to great” brand in the F&I development arena.

Embracing the Team One Research – Package Option Menu Process has awarded his dealer’s national recognition by industry trade publications and set a high watermark for performance. Glen is extremely proud to have developed some of the county’s top F&I performers.

Tony Wanderon is the President and CEO of National Auto Care and Family First Dealer Services. He founded FFDS in 2011 and merged it with National Auto Care in 2013. Tony has more than 32 years in the industry as an Agent, Administrator and Executive for a Fortune 50 company and has spearheaded or been involved in four public and private sale transactions of companies he has led.

Throughout his career, Tony has been an innovator and leader in the automotive F&I industry. As the President of a large independent insurance agency and administrator, he established relationships with both major financial institutions and OEMs while pioneering several F&I products including GAP, Trade-In Protection and developed the first successfully integrated dealer-owned Personal Lines Insurance Agency.

Tony has a reputation as a visionary in the industry and is often called upon to speak at industry events, serve on advisory boards, provide expert witness services as well as providing regular insight for automotive F&I industry publications.
